I have noticed that it works fine when using Internet Explorer, but with any other browser it starts creating duplicates once you paste more than 5 rows of data with 12 columns.
Tried in Edge (Version 86.0.622.51), Chrome (Version 86.0.4240.111), Firefox (83.0b6) & IE 11. Only IE 11 worked.
