It would also help if the product names didn't make things more confusing. Outlook 365 was out for a long time before it became Outlook Web Access, and you still get articles on Outlook 2016/2013 client versions when searching for fixes for issues in Outlook Web Access.
All the articles that are 'how to' but have the old software is a time waster as well. The screen examples match nothing you see in your own screen. The announcement of the new App Panels says you can go to the new Admin Center, open the SharePoint Admin Center and click Site Settings to turn it on or off - only there's no menu item 'Site Settings' if you go to the SharePoint Admin Center.
Another example, it's difficult to get support if you want it on the September 2016 release of the next generation sync client for One Drive for Business, since the majority of the links take you to the 2015 next generation sync client of OneDrive for Business or personal One Drive. I see they have now started calling it the 'OneDrive for Business sync client for SharePoint13 and SharePoint Online' - ODfBSP? Simple eh?
Very frustrating.
