Are the users added to the list permissions or just shared manually? I would suggest providing permissions for the list if you havent already
I shared the videos individually, not as whole playlist. are we having options to share with the users the entire playlist
- Yes, in the list settings go to permissions and add your users to the relevant permission groups, test this woth a single user first but this could be why you are receiving an error
