Planner in Sharepoint team site

No your not, I think it's just not been rolled out yet (it's not in my FR tenant either). It's shown as in development on the Office 365 roadmap item, so watch this space:
SharePoint web part: PlannerSite members will now be able to bring their project tasks, managed in Planner, directly into a SharePoint page or news article.
