Permissions for List Gallery Templates?
Does anyone know what permissions are needed in a communication site to upload something to the list gallery templates? ( <url>/_catalogs/lt/Forms/AllItems.aspx) Full Control isn't doing it apparent...
:-)...It think here there is not a permissions problem, to me it seems that by design we are not allowed to upload a list template to a Communication Site...might I ask why you use this method and not the provisioning one?

I have a list with existing elements, that I want to transfer to a different site collection. If there is another out of the box way to do this, please, I'm all ears :)
