Permissions - allow Rename / remove Download
If I remove the "open item" permission this removes both the ability to download and rename files in SharePoint.
How do I remove download and allow rename?
there is no permission level for this available.
You can create a sharing link with "can't download", but it's not possible to rename the file, the user gets only read permission...
