Performance Office 365 - SharePoint Online

Hi Community,

One of my customers is having performance issues wiht their SharePoint Online environment.

When we load pages with about 10 web parts ( a number of RSS feeds, list and libraries and some content editors) the pages load in about 5-6 seconds. 

When we create new page the lad times are fast ~1 second

With every web part that is added the load time seems to go down .5 seconds.

Are you finding the same performance with classic pages inn SharePoint Online?

I spoke with Microsoft support and they call this expected performance. 

Having to wait 5-6 seconds between each page load is in my oppinion not a great user experience.
