People and Groups Create in Share point Site

Hi Team,

I am New to the Share point Team, Am a finance User. Last week I received a request from management to create a People and a group of 180 groups. 90 groups in the preparer and 90 people and groups for the reviewer. Same order. We need to create 9 share point sites. It took more than 5 days to complete this task. Kindly help me to support you. is there any easy way to automate this...

Like that, I need to create 190 Name of the Group in Share point List, same order for 9 different share point List
