PDF content disappearing when viewing in SharePoint library

Jennie Sheridan I just experienced the same thing but only for the first page of a pdf. When I was watching the same file in the file system the preview would show the content. I then moved the browser window from my external monitor to my laptop monitor and the content would then show. When I moved it back to the external monitor it stayed visible. For this seems to be a problem with the driver for the external monitor. Why this only happens for this one file and only for the first page is outside my imagination capability.
