Payroll Calendar From SharePoint List
Not sure why this is happening but here is the output of the SharePoint list file that I just uploaded from Excel. Take a look at the Excel Source file. Pay Period starts at 01/01/2023 but for some reason SharePoint changes the dates to 12/31/2022 9:00PM. Its like its adjusting the date by one date. Why is this happening?

FlowTime1990 Could it be your SharePoint Site Time Zone is different from that of your Excel spreadsheet? Check Regional Settings via Settings -> Site Settings -> View all site settings -> Regional settings.
