Parallel Deployment of same SharePoint Full Trust Solution

We have single farm in test environment and would like to run same full trust solution with different version of code and to provide 2 different URLS for testing team,But as a farm solution it will always overwrite the same solution name(.wsp) and we are unable to maintain 2 different versions. How parallel development happen in single farm solution with same wsp solution?
