Page Layouts
Good Day
Other posts may have touched on this topic related to Modern SharePoint Pages. With Modern Pages we have a choice of 5 section layouts and the question is if we have a supported way of creating a modern page with a different section layout. Overall the section layout out options provide good flexibility on how the page will turn out to be. If we wanted to have a custom page layout (i.e no title header zone) is there a supported approach to accomplish this? Not sure if the Design Manager option in the Site Settings page is an option here. Thanks

As far as i know it is recommended to stick to the 5 standard section layouts. I often create pages (both news pages and site pages) and then use them as templates when creating new pages.
The only information i can find regarding custom page layouts in SharePoint Online is this
