Page content shifted to left

I had to take over our SharePoint page (which I appear to be completely beginner in). 

I was changing some settings for navigation then I noticed that all of my pages are now shifted to the left.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem and make the page look normal again before my boss caught me with this? 🙂
