Owners/Members unable to search for files Post SharePoint Online migration

Hi All,

 

We have a migration activity happening between Org to Org. A peculiar issue been noticed related to Search Functionality. Even after the Site-reindexing is done, the search doesn't return any results for Owners and Members exception for Site Admin. 

 

The Library in question has files exceeding the threshold limit and when checked the Index settings, noticed that an indexing column not found in the library columns list. Reference: screenshot below:

MediaServiceObjectDetectorVersions  & MediaServiceDateTaken

How to overcome this issue and adding new index column would it solve the issue? How the indexing works for MediaServiceObjectDetectorVersions  & MediaServiceDateTaken?

    Hi,

    Did you ever find any more information about these Indices? I have recently had issues with the Viva Learning Content Libraries being dropped from the Viva Learning App via SharePoint Content Provider.
    Since these columns are not visible in the Library Settings, I am wondering if it is safe to delete them and then add my own Index Columns.

    The Viva Learning had been working fine for a couple of years and then suddenly all SP Content disappeared.
    All the Content was actually there but the Links that were in the Repository List configured in the Learning Admin Portal stopped working.  The links were valid, but the App would not ingest them. I created another Repository Item that was a link to an existing Library was created and the App ingested it fine.
