Our external user has 2 emails (Hotmail email + Work email), how SharePoint handle this

Now for sure we only have one guest account. As mentioned in my question, when i checked the guest accounts from "Office 365" >> "Guests" I can see that there is only one new guest account created, containing the work email (where the Hotmail account is not mentioned inside the "Office 365" >> "Guests"). and if i checked the user permission on the site which i shared with the external users i will get the same result, if i type the work email @ "A.B@ExternlaOrg.com" OR if i type his username @ ("A_B_hotmail#EXT#@ourorg.com"), so this means we are talking about the same external user.
You are correct in your thinking. When an invite for access goes out to an email address if you are logged in with another Microsoft account when accessing that resource it will associate it with the account you sent the email too in AzureAD. I really wish it didn’t but it does :). You basically would have to delete the guest account and do another invite having the user make sure they are logged into the right account when they accept.
I usually tell folks to right click, copy and paste into incognito browser when having this issue.
