Open quick external links in the same sharepoint window

Hello everyone. I'm building a site with external links to Microsoft help pages. I am using the quick links, but I need them to open in the same window when clicked and not in a new one. Is it possible to do this? Thank you.

Pd: So far, if I click on a link it opens in another browser window.
