Open 'New Post' diablog box from different location
HI Guys, Does somebody know how I could open the New Post dialogbox from a different location? Maybe with a direct URL?
You can go to the News web part and add a new page from there.
But you can any site page as News. Create a page from anywhere - New, Gear menu, Site Pages library, or from an existing page. Once it's ready, use the Promote button to post it as News on your site.
Rachel_Davis THanks for you answer but I am looking for better solution cause the thing is that I want to see the saved templates and choose one for creating a news article. The dialog box from the homepage has his function. When you just create e new page and promote this I am unable to select a template.
