Only share out one list instead of the entire site
Hi all,
We have several different lists in our team SharePoint site, we may want to share different list to different partner, as we don’t expect them to share their data each other. For example:
List-1: only to partner A
List-2: only to partner B
List-3: only to partner C
Does anyone know how to do this? Is it available? Thank you!
This is available.
You would need to go into each of the list, go to list settings -> Permissions and un-inherit the site permissions. Then set the permissions to the particular partner.
