OneDrive for Business FilePicker from SharePoint

Hi,

I want to pick some One Drive Files Link from SharePoint Site. Is there any API available to pick OneDrive file links. Hope you people remember while click upload button in SharePoint document library ,File Explorer opens up to pick files from desktop. I am trying to achieve something like that. I have custom App with Browse File Attachment Control. While click the control, I need to get One Drive Files in pop up to pick the file URL.

      Hi,

       

      Actually We are capturing images using Office lens app and stored into One Drive.. We have developed expense claim app in SharePoint to claim with bill attachments. Users want to pick their One drive file links from SharePoint App. 

       

      Is there any API to pick One Drive File links from SharePoint
