On Modify Can I Copy The Origianl Information To Another Field

I have created an Tool Asset Database.

I have 2 fields - 1 for Current Engineer and 1 for Previous Engineer.

When the current engineer is modified, can that be copied into the previous engineer with a flow.

Or will it have to be done manually.
