Office 365 SharePoint list - filtering and updating specific column values using URL

As the title explains briefly, I want to add a URL to an email body, that when the user clicks it, it will apply a filter in a column of a Office 365 SharePoint list (that part is fine), and update the values of another column with the text NO.

Is this possible? Thank you.
