O365 Sharepoint WebPart list view

Hi all,

I have a share point team site where I have embedded a list from a different departments site via a web part. I have done this by inputting the website address of the source.

When the list is viewed on my team site, the view is actually the full page from where the list is sourced.

Is anyone able to tell me how to only show the list?

I don’t want to see the navigation tree on the left or the share point headings at the top.
