Hi SteveKnutson, thank for your answer. But my desire is to find a way getting a note if the content of a Sharepoint site or sharepoint web page changes. Not if a file or folder changed or was added.
Unfortunately that type of functionality doesn't exist in SharePoint. If you have a page containing dynamic content, then you can only alert when the source content changes.
