No Result queries on Microsoft Search Insights
When viewing the Microsoft Search Insights for a site I manage the No Result queries report displays many phrases that actually do return results when my team performs the same queries. Microsoft describes No Result queries as "popular search queries that returned no results," however that is not accurate for most of the queries on the report. Our SharePoint Admin has no explanation. Can anyone shed light on this for me?
I have the same exact issue. Imagine giving a presentation of this report to users. We're all wondering why are these search terms in the "No Result Queries" report when obviously they generate a lot of results. How is this report generated?
