No longer able to add video files to a page.

We used to be able to drag and drop a video from the computer to a page just like images. This now results in a "Technical Error". Alternatively, we were able to use the File Viewer and select the video in the Site Assets directory. Site Pages and Site Assets are no longer available when you go to select a file for File Viewer. 

SPO really needs a specific VIDEO element or allow videos to be selected for the Image element.   

Edit: I just came across this MS Doc https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/streamnew/new-stream So, what they're saying they want to do is exactly how it used to work until about the time the published the article (7/5/22). Now the intended operation no longer works.  

I just want to post a 30 second video in a SharePoint post. Why does this have to be a million times more difficult in Microsoft world than it is on literally every other website in the past 5-10 years?
