Newsfeed

Hi, have an intranet with newsfeed and documents, want to add an box under the newsfeed similar to newsfeed that I can add links, but can only use one newsfeed in sharepoint, what can I use instead of that to add links to the intranet. I (The admin) is the only one that is gona be able to add the links. All the other users are just gona be able to click the links.
