News web part and Teams notifications

To enable default notifications for all users within your organization, please activate "Viva Connections" for your tenant.

Next step is to enhance your site with a script to make it into a "home site".

When both tasks are completed. Whenever a news article is published, your employees that have access to the site will be getting a notification in Microsoft Teams. 🙂

To adjust the notifications to certain users, you will have to use audience targeting on the news article.
