News Page on TeamSite

I have a TeamSite created for remote office and now want to create a page where Communication colleagues can upload news articles. How do I do that? Is there ready app or this needs to be developed? I am using SharePoint Online 2013

    SharePoint Online has this built-in, see here for instructions:

    You might want to give some thought as to permissions on libraries and such where users can post the news-items.

      Thanks a lot for the reply. I think that link applies for the latest version of SharePoint online. We are still on old version. In any case I was able to change the view of Announcements, so now it does look like news page.
