New SharePoint Online Management Shell - January 2018
Just a heads up that a new version (16.0.7317.1200) of the SharePoint Online Management Shell is now available - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35588.
There are some new cmdlets available that are highlighted in the dev.office.com blog and that information is copied here:
Following cmdlets have been added to the latest release of SPO Managment Shell. Notice that some of the below commands do NOT work in normal tenants until the capability is truly released and enabled. There will be separate communications around availability fo the new capabilities when they are released.
- Get-SPOMultiGeoCompanyAllowedDataLocation
- Remove-SPOMultiGeoCompanyAllowedDataLocation
- Set-SPOMultiGeoCompanyAllowedDataLocation
- Set-SPOSiteGroup
- Set-SPOSiteScript
So it seems that Multi-GEO is riiiiight around the corner now :)
