New Page Display > Document Library Subfolder
I am the owner of my Sharepoint site and have the access to make site wide changes.
I have created a new page in Sharepoint Online version and added Document Library to it. When I click the edit option (pencil) a dialog box shows up on the right.

The fields are
Document Library = Documents
View = All documents
Folder = Type in the name of the folder here
Size
etc
For the folder field I can type in the top level folder and Sharepoint recognizes it. But if I type in the name of the sub folder it does not recognize it so I cant add this folder to the page.
Is there a way to do this?
///Second Question////
Also, is there a work around to have different Views for a specific folder and sub folder? I have tested some stuff out and I cant find a solution to this that works

JCountryman for example in my Documents library I have created a folder called Policies and sub folders in that called Archive and Support Documents. In the folder field in the right hand pane of the web part type Policies/Archive or Policies/Support Documents.
In a documents library you can create new views in exactly the same way you do for lists. This is either from the view dropdown at the top right of the library and select Create new view, or by going to Library Settings and at the bottom of the screen there click Create view. So in my main Documents library I've got 3 totally different views of the same library:
What is it that you are doing that isn't working?

HI Rob, I am trying to set up different default views for each folder instead of the user selecting from the drop down. I know this was possible in the Classic version but cant figure how to do it in the modern online version.
thank you
