New list from an excel sheet causes problems in modern SP

I´ve created a new list exporting data from an Excel sheet. I gor the list, BUT:

1. it created a default view, which always takes you automatically to quick edit mode (I made a workaround: create a new view and set it as a default view)
2. you can´t use the list in modern list webpart. You can use only lists made as a new one from SharePoint site
3. it does not regognize colums created/modified/modifier/modification date as OOTB metadata, but it creates them as a text colums which you need to fill manually 

The second one is the difficultest issue. Is there workaround for that?
