New custom page title is not visible
Recently, our SharePoint Online instance was updated by Microsoft to include the new customized page title feature which includes different layouts. When I apply the "Overlap" layout, only users with edit permissions of the page can see this layout (Screen A). Users with Read only permissions cannot see this layout and instead see the "original\classic" layout (Screen B). Any idea why this would be happening?

FYI, this is no longer an issue. I do not know how or when this was corrected, but it was displaying the new custom layout for visitors today. I can only assume Microsoft found a bug and fixed it.
