New action broken on Library preview web part
Is it a known issue that the items under the New button aren't working?
All items now show an arrow on the right hand side. Clicking an item doesn't do anything.

I'm having same problem with Lists also.
And I've noticed adding a Yammer webpart to a page comes up with an error and you can't click on the edit button as normal.
And to add to the strangeness the title bar has gone blue without our logo on some of our main pages of the sites. But not on other pages.
Probably bad form to do this, but +1 on the Yammer issue described here.
I've posted a similar issue on the Yammer techcommunity as I thought it was that side of the integration that was failing
We are not seeing this on any site type - O365 Group-based, Communication, or standard team sites created from the SP Admin portal.
- Mmm...not seeing this: Is it just a standard document library with no customizations?
No customization, the webpart appears like this in all sites, including freshly created O365 groups.
