Peter Mcdermott, did you ever find a cause or resolution to this issue? It is affecting on our company sites this morning, growing with each refresh from 1 duplicate, to 2, then 4, now 8 and 16 duplicates of the same 2 sites! Update: when attempting to 'hide' links in the navigation bar, this then causes them to duplicate not hide, hence the drastic multiplication.
