multiple companies belonging to the same group in 1 tenant: how to distinguish?

Hello, 

My company belongs to a global group. We have 1 tenant for the entire group. I am a sharepoint administrator and I want to have an overview of the sites that belong to my 'scope'. Is there an option to add an indicator to sharepoint / team sites? We started with adding a prefix to sharepoint team sites without group now but we want to have a overview that also includes the team sites etc. Is there an option to add an indicator (via a column or tag)?
