multiple column in a linked field

Good morning everyone.

I have this need. I should link two tables. In the field of table A I should put the search for a value of Table B.

And so far, nothing special.

But in the search field, I would like that in addition to the linked field from table B, it also show me another additional field from table B.

Specifically, the field of table A is linked to the surname of table B. But I would like to be shown also the NAME field during the selection.

Unfortunately it is not possible to unify NAME and SURNAME of table B.

There is some way to do it?
