Multi tabs in SharePoint list

Hey guys, 

Hope everyone are doing well and still meta rational with the current covid situation.

I need your feedback, my background is more powerapps and nintex forms, however I just saw a form from a sharepoint site and it is kind of interesting, I wonder which tool or kind of coding could be used to create something like that.
