MS Word Template using DocProperty - Could we extract text after hyphen?

Dear All,

I could populate the company info from SharePoint Document Library into [Company Code] docproperty.

From MS Word template, I could see the value from [Company Code] docproperty in the header.

However the [Company Code] value is displaying OE-Operational Excellence. 

The user wants to see Operational Excellence in MS Word instead of displaying OE-Operational Excellence.

Does MS Word has the capable to extract the text after hyphen as I don't want to create another column in SharePoint library to store the company name only?

Please advice.
