MS. Forms not able to upload files

Hi, I created a MS. Forms to collect data which will feed into SharePoint. Everything works fine since day 1 however the upload feature is not working recently. It shows the following error message. In English: We were unable to create the upload file folder in OneDrive for Business. If you see this message repeatedly, contact your administrator.

Please can someone help?
