Moving SharePoint Application to a different SharePoint

Hoping you can help with this. 

I am wanting to move a SharePoint Application to another SharePoint and I cannot seem to find the option, Am I missing something and can it be done? 

I have created an application for a company and I need to move it from one SharePoint to another, I created this application in PowerApps using a test SharePoint, so that I didn't cause any disruption.
