Moving large list from one site to another one in Sharepoint Online

Hi, 

we have a number of control statements are written to be used within policies and procedures.  In other content management systems (i.e. Confluence) I have been able to include these statements into other pages to provide our staff with up to date documentation.  Does anyone know if there is a way that this can be done with Sharepoint without requiring a lot of sharepoint design work or using the reusable content?

Managing content in this way allows us to update our controls and ensuring that the documentation is updated as well.  The control statements can be included within different documents.
