Is it possible to move a share point list & file libraries from 1 account to another.

Yes, ShareGate works for SharePoint Online as well.

cad-one Yes, it's possible. Either you can use PnP PowerShell provisioning or use migration tool like SPMT or ShareGate.

Thanks for sharing the tools. But I think they are for sharepoint for on-premises installation.

I should have mentioned that I am using a sharepoint online.

Do you think they work for online versions too.

Yes, ShareGate works for SharePoint Online as well.

    cad-one If this is one time (short time) migration, you can use ShareGate trial for 30 days.
    
    Also, you can see if SPMT works for SP online (I am not sure about this).
