Move action disappeared in context menu for a file

Hello community,

I moved a bunch of files recently via PnP Powershell. In the original locaion is still one file there - not moved 😞 

And in the context menu in the SPO GUI the move action is disappeared for this file.

BTW, copy action is still there.

Any suggestions!?
