We're getting the same thing - all modern web parts - Team Sites and Communication Sites are showing errors:

    Out of curiosity: what release option do you have configured in your tenants? In the one I have tested I have targeted release configured

        I have checked on another tenant and no problems...where is your tenant located: US?
