Modify page template: modifications do not reflect in existing pages

WebNurse a template is only used when a page is created. As you've discovered, changes to the template do not update previously-created pages. They will have to be changed one-by-one. You'll need to educate your management that once the layout has been decided it won't be changed without a great deal of work.
