Modern WebParts QuickLink to Document
Now I'm finally trying the New Experience pages with the New WebParts.
So far, this site was not for us - but in the meantime there are interesting WebParts.
I only have one big problem now:
We would like to open a document when clicking on a link - not just on the web - but in the client application.
So far, I've gotten that via a small java script - with a '? Web = 0' I can also live.
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to insert a script editor on the page - another possibility to insert a script into a text editor also doesn’t work.
So there is still the quick link web part ... but this is so limited to customers that here it is not possible to use a link with "ms-excel:ofv|ofc|u|https://....".
Also a '? Web = 0' is not possible because he always adds a "? Web = 1" to a link of a document.
Does anyone have an idea how I somehow get it anyway?
Thank you

I have the same issue. I am surprised to see a post from 2017 that has so much views but no answers.
We changed the default open mode to be in the client application but, since the quick links add the web=1, it just doesn't work as we wish.
If we use a text hyperlink, it will open correctly.
