Modern web parts appending ?web=1 to links
We're finding that modern web parts like Quick Links and Hero append "?web=1" to the end of a link to an external site. We have a couple downstream legacy systems that won't accept that in the URL and therefore the link is no good, is there a way to remove that?
It does not seem like good practice to append anything to a customer supplied URL.

- DeletedDid you manage to resolve this Geoffrey? I've found a workaround, by creating a web page and then adding the link in that, but it's adding an extra click for the end users. Just wondered if there's a way to remove the ?web=1 extension from the quick links web part.
- Geoffrey BronnerIron ContributorHonestly have not thought about it in awhile... never did find any sort of workaround but also have not tested for the issue either.
- Ivan54Bronze ContributorI randomly get csf=1 if I remember correctly, not sure if it is related to Webparts though.

Same problem. Trying to make a link to an old Lotus domino portal.
Looks like we have to set up a proxy solution to strip ?web=1 from the URL
