Modern Site Lists Not Showing

I believe modern list webpart is the correct name. I have an image attached to show what I am talking about. I know you can be only the classic 2013 style sites and go into advanced and change a list from Classic to Modern Lists.
jcgonzalezmartin is on the money for your question, then--if you really want to see what the modern list webpart is like for you, you'll have to put yourself on First Release.
