Modern Site from SharePoint Home & Site Settings page

Where do you see these settings in a group ?

    Press either the Files or the Site Group tab on the Group and then click the gear on the top navigation bar and click Site settings

      So that's the modern site settings as I'm describing. Very different from what we have been seeing up until now.
