Modern Sharepoint online Team sites web parts

I am new to creating team sites for sharepoint. I would like to add a 2nd news feed - one for my team and one for clients on the home page. Is this a possibility at this time?

on my home page, i would like to have team news, then an additional news feed for client information.

when i add the 2nd news feed- it replicates the 1st set of news. When i try to edit the 2nd news feed from the news+ button, it doesnt change. It is like they are tied to each other. if that makes more sense.

Seems like there is no way to do that with the current Modern UI

Would I be able to do this if i created a subsite ast a team site under my modern one?

  Its not possble at the moment and i have lopped in two people but no response from them. :(
  
  I guess we have to just wait until the complete Modern UI is released since the current one seems to have a lot of issues.
